On December 17-18, 2019, at the Ukrainian Governance School (UGS) the Agency GOODWILL’s specialists Illias Akhmetov and Larisa Levkivska, together with UGS’s coaches, Anna Shaposhnikova, Ksenia Tymofeeva and Oleh Poshedin held a two-day training “European Integration” for civil servants of the central executive bodies.
64 representatives of the ministries and agencies involved in European integration processes at the state level (the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine; the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine; the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine; the Ministry of Health of Ukraine; the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and others) participated in the training. In the course of the work the following main goals of the training were achieved: formation of the ability to analyze and critically reflect the processes of European integration; formation of skills of effective analysis of political situation, strategic thinking, grounding of management decisions, holding of public discussion etc.
