On August 15, 2019 specialists of Agency “Goodwill” participated in the training “Scrum and Kanban: flexible project management approaches”, organized by the Economic Development Department of Zhytomyr City Council.
Scrum and Kanban techniques, principles, rules, procedures, and methods for assessing and analyzing the effectiveness of Scrum and Kanban teams were discussed during the training.
