02/02/2020 we took part in the event “How to attract Norwegian Business to Ukraine?”, organized by the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Arzinger Company with the assistance of the Embassy of Norway in Ukraine.
Norway’s Deputy Foreign Minister Audun Halvorsen was the main speaker of the event. In addition, the speeches of the Director of the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce Kjartan Tveitnes, Vice-President of NBT Magnus Johansen, Wikborg Rein partner Ketil E. Bøe, representatives of Arzinger and others were also interesting.
The event discussed the cooperation between Ukraine and Norway in the fields of trade, IT, green energy and more. Besides there were described the risks that Norwegian companies face entering the Ukrainian market. A major one is a high level of corruption.
